Yes, our products are original, coming directly from the brands we are associated with. They all come labelled with the original price of the product and packaged by our distributor.
After purchasing on our website, as soon as the brand notifies us that the products have been dispatched to our distributor, we send you an email with your tracking number. From there, you can follow the parcel all the way to its final destination, your home.
Good news to you! You will be refunded, right away if you send the email with the info that we ask. It's simple, if the product is damaged or if its broken, you will be given a code to use on our site again right away. We don’t refund in cash. This is an important info for you to keep.
